There is a Deanry ramble with Archbishop Sentamu from St Andrew church on Saturday 19th March 2016
The coffee shop within the church will be open from 1.30 till 3.45 serving refreshments for those who do not want to walk. The walkers will be leaving at 2pm to do a half hour walk and then back for refreshments at the church – followed by prayers at 4pm. It would be lovely to see you all please come a long

What a great day, thank you to all those who supported Archbishop Sentamu’s Pilgrimage of Prayer, Witness and Blessing. We set off from St Andrew’s Paull at a brisk walk towards the village – it was fantastic to see all the children at the primary school giving Archbishop Sentamu a brilliant welcome – it was then off along the banks of the River Humber to Hedon and then onto Sproatley and Preston by car. Thank you to you all for making this day such a memorable occasion.
How the day will go with the Archbishop on the 16th March 2016
Wednesday 16th March Archbishop’s Visit to Paull, Co-ordinator for the day Rev. Jon Wright
1. Archbishop Sentamu will be collected from Withernsea at 8.30am for morning prayers at the Church of St Andrew at 9-00am followed by a walk through Paull, we will passing the school where Mr Rowe and some pupils will be joining us , you are welcome to come a long with us
2.The Archbishop will then continue on to Hedon, passing the Haven Arms and on to the market day by following the footpath from Paull Shipyard along the top of the embankment.
3. He will walk around the market, dropping in on the “Pop-in” at Alexandra Hall
4. 12.30pm Churches Together Lent Lunch.
5. At 1.30pm the Archbishop will be driven to Sproatley Primary School for a question and answer session.
6. At 3.15pm he will be driven to Sandhill Garden Centre to meet and greet.
7. At 4.30pm there will be prayers with the Archbishop at All Saints’ Church, Preston .
Archbishop Sentamu will have an evening meal at Vee and Keith Hall’s.
If you can not make Wednesday it would be lovely to see you on Saturday 19th for a ramble around Paull and then refreshments in the church

An personal invitation to the volunteers, community members and coffee shop supporters – come join with us on the 16th March at St Andrew, Paull. Starting at 9am for short prayers, 9.30 a walk into the village to meet the folk and children. Dog walkers, walkers, non churchgoers come and chat, have a natter and walk with the John Sentamu on his way to Hedon from Paull along the Humber bank . It would be fantastic if you could support us, it would be great to see you all
