The Paull Health Walk is run by trained volunteers, working in conjunction with the Health Lifestyle Team, which is part of the Health and Wellbeing Group at the East Riding of Yorkshire Council. Our aim is to encourage people to walk with us and ultimately to walk on a regular basis, our walks last approx. 30 minutes. We meet at Paull church at 10.15 am on the 2nd and 4th Monday of the month (incl. Bank Holidays), it not a race. We have a walk leader for the faster walkers and back markers to assist and stay with the slower walkers. After the walk we meet in the church to sit and have a tea or coffee together. We do meet even if the weather is not too good.
